Agave Caramelized Pineapple
Heat a tablespoon of coconut butter on a griddle on medium heat.
Cut off the top of the pineapple and trim off the skin. Quarter
pineapple lengthwise, reserving 2 quarters for another use. Cut
pineapple into 1/4-inch-thick long slices.
Place the pineapple on griddle and brown on one side for 1-3 minutes.
Turn and drizzle two tablespoons of agave over pineapple. Cook another
1-3 minutes or under agave has become caramelized.
Serve with coconut ice cream. Muah!
